I've been thinking lately about flat ironing my hair (for the holidays) but, not really sure what type of flat irons would work best on my 4C Hair? I know many naturals blow their hair out before straightening it but, my hair really does not like all the extra heat. So if any of my naturals out there have any tips/suggestions please let me know! Have any of you tried the "tension" method? Did you have any heat damage? Feel free to comment and tell me about your experiences.
